Energy NL is offering members an opportunity to attend a coffee session with Charlotte Moreau, Cleantech Trade Commissioner at the Embassy of Canada to Belgium and Luxembourg and covers the energy sector, including offshore wind and hydrogen. Trade Commissioners can provide expert advice, on-the-ground support, and industry contacts to help Canadian companies do business in international markets.

Charlotte Moreau will discuss the Belgium energy market and how best to enter, first steps, and what not to do, along with appropriate expectations and other important topics related to Belgium.


Bio on Charlotte Moreau

After a degree in Business Engineer, Charlotte started her career as a strategy and innovation consultant with a Brussels-based consultancy agency. Across sectors, Charlotte supported companies in designing their long term strategy, as well as turning their ideas into concrete projects. Since 2019, Charlotte has been in the role of Cleantech Trade Commissioner at the Embassy of Canada to Belgium and Luxembourg and covers the energy sector, including offshore wind and hydrogen. Convinced that clean technologies are key to pave the way towards a net zero society, Charlotte acts as an enabler to foster the bilateral relationships between the Canadian and Belgian industry through trade and investment, as well as through technology and innovation collaboration. Trade Commissioners can provide expert advice, on-the-ground support, and industry contacts to help Canadian companies do business in international markets.
